In October 23, Multi pub operator Windmill Taverns operate 5 site in south London approached Tom the business was in a state of flux. Having recently opened a new venue the team where struggling to maintain margins, service standards and where lacking a plan on what they wanted the business to be.

Over several months Tom joined the exec team, helping to identify opportunities around operational excellence. New systems where implemented, from EPOS to Labour Management. Weekly and monthly Reporting systems where overhauled, creating better intime decision making. With the Founders, growth strategies where explored, modeled, discussed and agreed.

  • Full marketing Audit complete, Roadmap built and actioned. Resulting in increase in booking conversions and traffic to the business
