After Being Approached by the Landlord of a disused Carpark in Digbeth (Birmingham) During Covid, Tom and the Team opened ‘The Midlands Biggest Beer garden’. Due to financial challenges at the time a budget of £250k was set and the task of fund raising during lock down was undergone.
The project was complicated due to previous licensing issues, however, due to good stake holder management, we where eventually able to get a capacity of 4,500.
Over the years the site has gone on to host all number of events and recently turned over £2.1m converting at 25% EBITDA. With a combination of one off events, promoted events, Brunches and Business as usual outdoor drinking
